PlayClub Independent华语游戏俱乐部(独立课程)

PROGRAMME | Early Learning Programmes

18 months – 3 years
Schedule: 2.5 hours per session, 4 times a week

PlayClub Independent at Chengzhu is a pure Mandarin language programme, for children aged 18 months to three years, that bridges the gap between an adult accompanied programme
and independent preschool.

The curriculum is designed for toddlers who are ready to take their first steps towards independent learning, providing them with plenty of time and opportunities to explore and discover autonomously.

Our early childhood educators take extra special care to nurture the development and wellbeing of each individual child while inspiring and supporting their desire to participate, interact and expand their horizons.

Programme activities will introduce children to a variety of experiences, structured to guide them through their developmental milestones. Every task is designed to help them develop their social, emotional, listening, communication, self-help, sensory and cognitive skills, in addition to their fine and gross motor skills.

Activities include:

  • Gross motor play
  • Tabletop activities
  • Story time and puppet shows
  • ‘The Magic Box’
  • Music and movement
  • Construction play
  • Sensory play
  • Language and literature
  • Pre maths
  • Dramatic play

Every session takes place in a language-rich environment where the children gain the vocabulary and confidence to communicate in Mandarin. Full immersion in Mandarin during these early years is vital for establishing a strong foundation in the language, a skill that is bound to be beneficial to the children for the rest of their lives.

There is no better time to encourage independence than now!

What Parents Say About Us

Slide

One of the best decisions we have made as parents has been to start all three children at Cheng Zhu from when they were babies at PlayNest and to continue in the various enrichment programmes as they progressed. Our children not only possess a strong foundation in Mandarin, they have also learned to appreciate Chinese culture, adding on to their interest in learning the language.
